Consultation & Booking Policy
To ensure we fully understand your cleaning needs, a consultation is required before scheduling any services. This initial consultation allows us to assess the scope of work and provide an accurate estimate.
Consultation Fee & Deposits
All consultation fees and deposits are applied toward your final service cost.
Example: If your consultation fee is $20 and your deposit is $150, and the total service cost is $300, you will only owe the remaining $130 at the time of service completion.
Important Payment Information
The prices listed below represent deposit amounts and must be paid in full to secure your booking.
Final pricing will be discussed during your $20 consultation.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Refund Policy
The consultation fee is non-refundable. Whether the consultation is conducted by phone or in person, this fee compensates for the time and expertise provided during the assessment. Please note that if you choose not to proceed with our services following the consultation, no refund will be issued.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit holds your booking and will be applied to your final service total.
Please note:
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, we require at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or changes made less than 72 hours before your scheduled service will result in a forfeited deposit for that appointment.
However, if you cancel and wish to book a future appointment, your deposit can be applied to a new booking, as long as it’s rescheduled within 30 days of the original date.
